PNEUMATECH Blower Purge Regenerative Dryers - PB
Along with exceptional drying power, Pneumatech"s Blow Purge dryer
uses ambient air to heat the regenerating tower and desorb the
desiccant. No compressed air lost during purging. The PB series delivers
superior performance and durability.
Feature:
- Dewpoint dependent switching. The dryer will only switch to the next tower when the desiccant is saturated (based on PDP input). During that period, the dryer consumes no energy.
- Reliable, high efficiency, long lifetime, energy savings blower.
- Low-watt density heater with stainless steel design to ensure long lifetime. Nickel-plated heater pipe protects against corrosion. Optional insulated vessels are available to further reduce the heat losses and increase the overall efficiency.
- Advanced control and monitoring system fitted inside a real IP54 cubicle for easy cabling and safety.
- Robust and compact design. Standard frame, including forklift slots and lifting eyes for easy handling
- High performance stainless steel disc/stem valve with actuators ensure long lifetime.
- Reliable high adsorption capacity desiccant for maximum performance.
- Galvanized Piping with flanged connections simplifies maintenance and minimizes the chance of leakages.
